Craig and Rachel are in London to see The Violent Femmes and are staying at my place while they’re here. Arran and I lived with Craig 12 years ago. It was a year long party at the end of Byres Road in Glasgow.
Now we see Craig about once a year but it’s always great catching up. Anyway, he found an old sketchbook of mine in some boxes. It’s from 1994! I love flipping through old sketchbooks.

This is a picture of our friend Tara and her son Luca. He was just a few hours old back then.

He’s a year old now- talking in complete sentences and operating complex machinery, I’m sure.

A year ago we were in Canada editing “Capturing the Libertine” with the help of our friend Joe… Since then we have been… what? It’s all a blur. Gah. Updating is overwhelming. The time has gone by so quickly… there were a lot of weddings… lots of work… Yeh. We’re going to have to roll up our sleeves and do some proper updating with this site in the next little while, try to catch up with it all. In the meantime I’m sure we can dig up something to show you…

For instance, here is a concept design we did of the Ford Fiesta ‘Dogbot’. You can see the finished product in the four commercials posted on the Glassworks site.

We’ve been working on a lot of our own stuff too, something we haven’t done enough of in the last couple of years– Writing and arting away the days and nights and loving it. We’ll be putting waaaaay more of that stuff on here too.
